3/7 2nd Half Bets w/ The Coach

Will be posting my 2nd half bets today. Was 5-0 posting yesterday... looking to keep up the momentum (and in some cases luck) .

Not going to touch UCONN game. Typically would lean on over 70 here, but knowing these 2 teams it's really hard for me to take the over. I'll be disciplined and stay away.

No touching of Sam Houston line... wanted to take under 61-62, but don't want to go over 59

Definitely surprised Sam Houston number on Bovada is being pushed lower. Definitely some sharper players betting this early. SF Austin shot technical free throws, otherwise 1st half was at 49.

30 seconds left and need 3 points in Rice game. Look like favorites to cash it given Rice's ball and down 4. Hopefully they get for quick layup then foul. Definitely look like 70-80% chance here.

WOW. Lost a heartbreaker in Rice game. ECU kid misses free throw w 14 seconds left, and Rice takes the rest of the time missing shots and not fouling ECU on rebound. Lost by .5 point. Bad start!

I stayed away from Oregon St game but was tied up with a customer and couldn't post. (Work at work... who knew? )

In general these conference tourney games with high 70's scoring it's hard for me to make a play either way. It's just such a rare blistering pace that maybe I'm just unused to seeing it I balk at the numbers. If anything I would've played over 77 in Oregon St, but it should be a really close game which means the last 4 minutes can get really tight, which is not what you want for an o/u in the high 70's.

I can see that but the last two meetings of the teams were total 81-76 and 83-73 with 1h being already at 77 my gut said this one will be lower this time around because tourney calls for better D in 2H's. My thoughts, flawed as they may be. We will see. Only down .5 unit in the last 3 days so plenty of time to bounce back

Will have 2 more before I take a break to workout after work. Wish I didn't have to sit out the 6 pm games, but the traffic will suck it I try to get home at 6 pm. About the only bad thing about Chicago. May be home for the 8:10 CT Howard-Norfolk St game, if not will def be home for the 8:45 games and on. Lots of opportunity as about 7-9 games tonight. Let's take the books today boys!
