Your second sentence was correct, but many of these teams arnt much more talented than the teams butt's theyve kicked during the season, along with the dogs have bunker mentalities, they feel its a steal to hardly win all season and still get a chance to go to the big dance.

Really unfair that teams like Iona, Drexel, Montana, etc. can dominate the regular season and get stuck playing in the NIT (or nowhere) because they lose one game to an opponent with nothing to lose.

Yep and one of these underachieving regular season teams can push through and win the tourney, a couple of them already have, system needs to be changed. No conference tourneys.

huh confrence tourneys are seeded if your better you should win ..... its put up or shut up time.... what if your great team lose few starters to injury they come back late but now you already lost 10 games.... is anybody happy this is the best tourney set up from start to finish but ppl will always complain

It makes the whole regular season pointless. If winning your conference means nothing then it is not the best system

I was quite shocked at the Montana game. EW looked more like the Big Sky juggernaunt defense for most of the game. Made hardly any3s the whole game and still almost pulled the upset. Couldn't believe how they penetrated the Montana defense.

Be careful tommorrow..Will Cherry landed on his back and was in visable pain after the game.
