Penn or Portland St??

I need help choosing which dog is a better choice to go for. You have Penn against Princeton, where it's a revenge game and Princeton dominated them in 2010-2011 schedule, or do I go for the team that has lost 2 matchups against Weber St., and as you know winning the 3rd matchup has not been easy for ANY team this season.
