Why is North Texas barely a favorite?

Only 1.5 favorite's tonight vs Ark St, can someone explain this to me..

I would imagine because the tourney is in Hot Springs, Ark., which probably makes this a de facto home game for Arkansas State.

Edit: Arkansas State beat North Texas at home by 3, and lost by 12 at NT.
