Teaser Play: ND +12 and Georgetown pk.
Georgetown is a tough home team, they really rock in the Verizon Center. Notre Dame struggles to put up points on the road (~59 points/gm compared to an overall average of ~68 points/gm).
To exacerbate ND's offensive ineptitude on the road, G'town plays notably better defense at home (~52 points/gm).
It helps that the public remains ND followers, and haven't jumped the bandwagon after ND's recent loss on the road v. St. Johns over the weekend.
Georgetown seems to go bust every third game, luckily, we are game 2 of 3 right now. I'm looking for G'town to really under perform later this week v. Marquette, but for now...I'm on the Hoyas in D.C.!
