Wildcats very tough at home, Michigan off a huge victory over Ohio St. Northwestern nees this game. What scares me is what Northwestern team shows up, one game they had like 12 points in first half before, granted that was on road. I just feel like if we keep it as simple as possible, taken Mich with points or even ml just seems so dam easy.

If you think Michigan is an easy pick, I invite you to review the following games:

1. Michigan's blowout loss @ Iowa.
2. Michigan's failed come-from-behind attempt @ Arkansas.
3. Michigan's successful come-from-behind OT win vs. NW at home.

Simply put: Teams like Michigan, who can't defend or rebound very well, will always struggle against bad teams with good offenses. Michigan's defense relies heavily on forcing turnovers, and NW is one of the least turnover prone teams in the country. Its ironic that Michigan can't defend well against a team that runs almost the same offense. With Luka Mirkovic out for NW Michigan might have a chance to rebound better, but if they let Shurna go for 30 and Crawford go off for 20+ there might not be any missed shots to rebound.
