Wisconsin -14
I know yearly comparisons don't mean a thing because of different personnel, but Penn State's track record in Wisconsin is pretty bad. The last nine times PSU has played in Wisconsin, they have lost by an average of about 18 points. Granted there were some close ones over the years (4 point loss, 3 point loss, ot loss), but there were some bad ones (36 point loss, 31 point loss, 29 point loss, etc). Also, when comparing yearly home and away matchups between the two (2 years they only played once so that was not included), Penn State has performed an average of 10 points better at home against Wisconsin than they do on the road. In my opinion, this Penn State team is pretty bad and they lost by 6 at home to Wisconsin earlier in the season. Also, this Penn State team does play well at home and has gotten destroyed on the road a few times already. I like Wisconsin -14 but I see a few guys on here who I follow, respect and feel they know what they are doing on Penn State,so it has me nervous. Any opinions?
