Only worry Davidson looked real good in that win at Lawrence.. But other than that theyve played nobody and shockers are veteran squad so road environment shouldnt bother them

Davidson is also a veteran SQUAD and has a better coach for this type of game. Tough spot though. The Shockers are an At-Large team right now and if they don't get the At-Large then the system is ****** up. Davidson needs the W extremely badly. You are right that Wichita State is a MUCH better team, you will get no argument from me there. BUT, Wichita State is already in the NCAA Tournament whereas a win by Davidson over a great team will open up the eyes of the selection committee, which is precisely what BracketBuster games are all about.

Well Davidson is 20-6 with a win over Kansas, so "sucks" is harsh. They could use another quality win and I think they have a great shot at one here at home, where they are 12-1.

I live in Wichita and I can only say that from the last two years WSU is one of the best road teams in the country. Unless something changes they will be ready. They have been running on all cylinders and embarrassing teams. They have now figured out how to put teams away in the 2nd half. We all wanted Murray St but that didn't happen so I can guarantee they will be ready. Marshall is out to get these guys ready and have all of Wichita thinking that if they can beat Davidson they can beat KU. WSU -3!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm not so sure I agree with that argument here. if Wichita happens to lose here than maybe drop another game and get bounced in 2nd round of MVC they could be on the bubble.....the committee hasn't been so kind to them over the years. so they need it just as bad. I agree Davidson needs it more...but I certainly don't think the Shockers will be lack luster and should be fine matching intensity.

Not a homer either but I'm from Wichita and follow them very closely. They area a really good road team. They are not in this position every year and will continue to impress us. So the already in the tourney crap is not very relevant. Marshall will have this team ready to go and will win this game by 6+...

Na, Wichita State and Creighton are both safely in no matter what. Wichita State is ranked in the top 10 in the COUNTRY by Pomeroy, and the selection committee knows it.
