Vanderbilt vs Ole Miss

Vanderbilt is a very balanced team, they have a very good back court(underrated) They can drive the lanes and bang the 3 ball with the best at times!!
Their front court is nothing to take lightly either, with likes of Ezeli inside.

Ole Miss plays good defense, but has trouble producing enough offense from game to game, and tunovers being their biggest weakness!! They have a 10-1 record at home which is a little suspect as i feel their only solid win at home to date this season came against in-state rival Miss St.

I don't feel Ole Miss has the fire power to stay with Vandy and with Kentucky on deck for Ole Miss saturday!! I see a letdown spot for them in overlooking Vandy.

Vanderbilt will be hungry for this one after that close loss to Kentucky at home!!

What position would Mississippi be in to overlook Vandy?

Couldn't you make the same argument that a "lookahead" spot to Kentucky would be the same as a "hangover" spot for Vandy after Kentucky?

They play the #1 Team in the country!!! in Kentucky!!!

The "hangover" effect that you speak of really only applies to the visting team that wins the game between to equally matched Clubs.(IMO) and this comes from experience.
There is probably nothing that pisses you off more as a player and team than to lose a game at home against a team you new you should have and could have beat..and let your home crowd(fans) down at the same time. I am betting they will buzz saw through Georgia and South Carolina to get a another crack at Kentucky on the 25th(Just my take on it!!! GL
