The Ville have owned the Orangemen as we all have heard all day today. They have won seven straight against Cuse. Lots of bets coming in on Cuse though, probably because you can never figure out which Louisville will show up. What I do know is that this team can shoot Cuse's zone up. They have the shooters and the crowd on their side and if you look at the past games they seem to shoot well against them. While Louisville seems to have a habit of sometimes stinking it up in the first half they always seem to make that inevitable run to put teams away. As inconsistent as they have played they have still managed to pull out six straight wins. Although none of the teams they beat can really be considered Big East contenders Louisville has a great chance to grab a signature win which has avoided them so far this year. I just think the Ville will find a way to grab this win. Syracuse is the better team but Pitino knows this is a big game as does the crowd.

Iowa State +8.5 (2x)
Iowa State is flying under the radar right now in the Big 12. With Kansas, Mizzou, and Baylor making headlines in the Big 12 its hard for Iowa State to get a mention despite and 8-4 conference record. They have played very well in conference this year and this spread looks a little inflated. They are both 8-4 in the conference and Iowa St is playing the better basketball at the moment. They blew out Texas A&M last game and before that suffered a 2 point loss at Ok St. Prior to that loss they won 3 straight games against Oklahoma, Kansas State, and most impressive, Kansas. Out of their four conference losses only one has come by over 8 points and that was @ Kansas, possibly the toughest building in the country to play in. On the other side Baylor really seems to be struggling. After a 17-0 start to the season Baylor is just 4-4 since. While their four losses came to Kansas twice and Missouri twice they were only competitive in the first game against Mizzou. Even there four wins leave you reaching looking for positives. They are just 1-7 ATS in their last 8 covering against Oklahoma on the road but they managed to beat Texas, Texas A&M, and Oklahoma St by a combined 12 points. I just think Iowa St can actually pull off an upset or atleast come damn close.

Still think that the UVA lines are underrating them every time out. I don't care where the game is being played Clemson doesn't deserve to be a favorite over Virginia. Clemson doesn't exactly have a great home court advantage like they used to, they are just 8-5 at home this year with some bad losses earlier in the year. Mike Scott is easily one of the best players in the country and will definitely be the best player on the floor tonight. The first time these teams met this year Scott pretty much did whatever he pleased and I don't expect things to be much different on the road. Virginia lost on the road to Duke and FSU by 3 points a piece and then got blown out last game @ UNC. Those are the three road losses they have had all year. I will take my chances here.

Trap? Maybe. But Florida needs to bounce back after back to back losses to Kentucky and Tennessee. Alabama is coming off of a loss to LSU after all those suspensions and tonight there is still no JayMichael Green or Tony Mitchell. I just don't see how they are going to get the job done without two of their best scorers and rebounders. They are still missing about 27 points and 14 rebounds a game without those two. I think I would probably still bet Florida with this line if those two were playing. I think there is enough value here to warrant a bet.

Northwestern +9.5 (1x)
Northwestern may not look like much at first glance but I really like this team. They played one of the tougher schedules in the country and are very battle tested. They have enough offensive threats to do some damage but also they love to control the pace. They will slow it when they need to and push it when the opportunity is there. So why are they just 15-9? Well they played a very rough schedule this year. They opened the season with wins against power conference teams like Seton Hall, LSU, and Georgia Tech. They have a 2 point overtime loss @ Michigan, a 1 point loss to Illinois, a win over Michigan State, a big road win @ Illinois. Sure they got blown out by Baylor, @ Ohio St, @ Wisconsin, and @ Minnesota but they kept it competitive in their other 5 losses losing to @ Michigan, Illinois, Purdue twice, and @ Creighton by a combined 23 points. This line is showing Indiana a lot of love which I don't really get. Indiana had a great run to open the year but they haven't been playing their best basketball recently. They are just 4-5 since a 15-1 start to the season. Don't get me wrong Indiana is a solid squad this year and they do have a crazy home court advantage but Northwestern will go into this building expecting to win. They have won 6 of the last 7 meetings against Indiana and they can trade buckets with them all night. Since Northwestern lost 3 straight in the last 4 games they are 3-1 and putting up 80 points per game. I like this one to stay tight.

Georgia has oddly looked good in back to back games and managed to win both of them. They beat Arkansas and won @ Miss St in overtime. Nobody is saying they are good but if they are going to make another late season run this sure looks like the start of it. Georgia has owned South Carolina going 6-1 ATS in the last 7 meetings and South Carolina is having a very rough basketball year. They are just 1-9 since conference play began. This will be a low scoring tight game and I like Georgia as a live dog here.

Wisconsin just feels right here. Michigan St is coming off of a huge win @ Ohio St and all the hype is on them now to steal the Big 10 from OSU. I think this line is a little bit too high. Wisconsin always plays MSU tough and I think they have enough size to get enough rebounds to win this game. Jordan Taylor burnt them the first time they played when MSU won 63-60 in OT. I think Wisconsin is going to try to slow the pace and pick apart MSU which makes the 6 points that much more valuable.

Denver has been an over machine this year and the books haven't really adjusted. Last year Denver used to stay under totals in the 120's routinely but this year they have lost a little bit on defense and gained a little bit on offense. They are fully capable of putting up 75+ points any night. The over is 18-6 with them this year. L-L has struggled defensively on the road this year. This one goes over fairly easily.

This line makes no sense to me. Citadel is bad but they have been playing close with teams all year and covering a lot of numbers. Western Carolina isn't much better and is playing bad right now. They have lost 7 of 8 and covered just two of those. Citadel has covered its last 3 games the line opened at 12 and got bet straight down to 10 and now even 9.5 some places. Citadel has won the last 5 meetings between these two.

Line is way too high. Both teams are bad but BC has been real competitive lately and hasn't shown any signs of giving off. Two games ago they beat FSU for their biggest win of the year. 9 just doesn't make sense neither of these teams should ever be giving 9 to anyone. Also BC has won 7 of 9 against MD and they were dogs in 5 of those games.

I really like your plays. Thinking is very silmilar on many of them. A bit weary of laying 13.5 with Gonzaga on the road, which relies on generous refs to blowout teams since the FT is a key weapon for them. Bol.

Caught Drexel a few times this year, like the way they play. Cleveland State has dropped three straight and struggling without D'Aundray Brown. This team is prone to dry spells if their other two scoring threats miss a few. Drexel is better and the books know it, hence the +3 on the road in a tough environment. Drexel is very well balanced and right now are on top of the CAA which is far better then the Horizon this year.

Wichita St is making a lot of noise after a blowout win @ Creighton. They only have 4 losses on the year and are finally getting the respect they deserve. They are a very good team and can beat you in multiple ways but how do you make Davidson a home dog? This team won't back down from any team in the country and they aren't afraid to play big games. They beat Kansas away from home for christ sake. They had a lead at half @ Duke and lost by 4 to Vanderbilt earlier in the year. Since that they have dominated the Southern conference.

Marquette is loaded and if it weren't for Syracuse they would be the talk of the Big East. But, this team is a legitimate top 10 team but the lines never seem to indicate it. They have struggled on the road against good teams like Syracuse, Georgetown, Notre Dame, and LSU. They also trailed at halftime @ Depaul, @ Villanova, and @ Providence. Oddly enough they won @ Wisconsin. What does all this mean? I'm not really sure but luckily Connecticut falls closer to the Depaule, Villanova, and Providence category. Connecticut is bad this year, just like we thought they would be at the beginning of the year but then they started 13-1. Following that they are 4-8 with losses to Cuse, Louisville, Seton Hall, Rutgers, Cincinatti, Georgetown, Notre Dame, and Tennesssee. That is almost the whole Big East.

I just think it is going to be difficult for NC State to rebound after what happened @ Duke. All hell broke loose with about 10 minutes left in the game and they got outscored 48-27 in the 2nd half. FSU has been playing very well and match up with NC St very well.

Still don't think this line is right without Green or Mitchell. Tenn has made me a bunch of dough this year. They are going for their 5th win in a row and ever since Jarnell Stokes began to play they look completley different then they did early in the year.
