Michigan State -14.5 vs Penn State.

Penn State is absolutely dreadful on the road this season going 1-7 ATS (0-6 in the B10), with it's only win coming at lowly Boston College. In conference play on the road, the Lions have been beaten by no less than 12, and that includes games at Nebraska and Iowa. Michigan State on the other hand is 14-0 SU for the season at home and in conference play at home is 5-0 SU and ATS winning by an average of 20 points in those contests.
