Couple of games really stand out tomorrow

Maryland +7.5 and FL +9.5

First, how the fuk can Clemson be favored by 7.5 over a team that has looked pretty great lately. Clemson is a team that readily beats up on the bottom feeders like Gtech and Wake. While they did beat Fstate by 20 earlier this season I just don't see how they can beat a team like Maryland by more than a couple. I feel this line is only this high due to the fact that Maryland has a bad road record.

Second, Florida has been playing pretty well since the TN loss and is obviously capable of hitting big shots. I understand KY is a very difficult place to play but apart from the past 4 games KY was terrible at covering larger spreads and I just don't feel Florida will get blown out of the gym in this game.

Thoughts anyone? Thinking of going big on both.

Clemson is good enough vs shitty teams. Clemson has only covered one spread all season that is larger than 7.5 and that was against the shitadel. Also, is an 11-11 team really going to have a big home court advantage? I doubt they have more than 4k show up.

I agree these points are a lot, but couple weeks back Pitt was a huge favorite at home coming off a loss, and the line was (what seemed to be inflated) huge, and sure enough they blew them out the entire game, was close at end but they carried a 17 point lead most of the game.

Comparing Pitt to Clemson cannot be done. Clemson plays in an inferior conference and has 1 victory that is somewhat impressive and that is against FSU BEFORE FSU suddenly became jack the giant killer.

I am just debating on hitting this because surely it is going to drop. I just don't see how you can take Clemson in this game.

Line movement makes absolutely no sense in the Clemson/Maryland game. Think about it for a second. Clemson is 1-7 against the spread. Maryland has played an absolutely brutal schedule the last 6 games against the likes of Miami (just beat duke obviously), Duke, UNC, and a pretty good Temple team. Meanwhile, Clemson has enjoyed playing down to their competition against the likes of VTech, Gtech, Wake, and so on. Yes they did play Duke but they managed to lose by the same amount as Maryland.

The more and more I look at this it resembles the Maryland vs Miami game. Spread was 10.5 but I believe it rose to 10.5 and Maryland was getting blown out for a brief minute but absolutely roared back to force 2 OT's and cover the game. I am absolutely undeterred from this line.

Maryland +7.5 and +8.5 for me.
