hahah love how the under hit. Too bad I had Mizzou -4.5; either way, I'll take +187 on game.

They move the line eventually -- just delay it if they're confident on a side and bets are going in the other direction. They'll push the juice overnight to -140, -145, -150 and even more than that.
That doesn't square on a few counts.

A player looking to play the under isn't going view a bet at -138 in the same way as -108. A reduced perceived edge will generally mean a reduced wager size or no play.

At the time of moving to U146 @-138 Pinny had by far the best line/odds on the over (O146 +118) and there were far better offers on the under.

When books juice lines this way it is generally an effort to attract money on the other side.

Again, I don't know how or if it works for totals, but I've been playing the other side of heavily juiced Pinny sides for quite some time now and cashing at around a 70% clip. Maybe I'm just picking the right spots, or maybe I've just been lucky and missed the ones that didn't cash. I can't tell you for sure.

Now Missouri could still win by double-digits while sleepwalking, but the play I love here is UNDER 145.5 Notice the first meeting only produced 136 points with Missouri playing at their best. They may drop to the mid-70s tonight, and I don't think that Oklahoma will improve THAT much at home because I frankly don't think they are that good. There is also a real chance of Sooners slowing the pace down to give themselves best chance at an upset. They rank 166th in tempo rating.
                              Well done
