How do you cap for absurdly bad free throw shooting?

My last 3 losses, my team has shot like 35% from the free throw line to cause them to lose. Went back and double checked all of them, all of them were around an average of 70% from the free throw line.

How do I avoid this kind of nonsense? LOL... guess I could only bet on top 10 free throw shooting teams but they'll probably throw a 35% clunker in there as well!

ncaa hoops is the worst, those 1-1 free throws are ridiculously unfair. team is up for 39 minutes then misses the front end of a couple 1-1s that shouldn't cost them the game
