    Goodfella10's Plays - 1-21-12
    RECORD (44-32) +27.2 UNITS
PLAY OF THE DAY (4-5) -.3 UNITS

    *MIAMI FL -3
    -
NC state has yet to beat anyone worth a damn on the road, with their only win coming against Wake Forest. Actually neither of these teams have beat anyone impressive this year. Miami did score a victory over Rutgers at home earlier in the season, but that was very early on. This being the case, I will make a small play on the home team and lay the points.

    ***INDIANA -14

-The Hoosiers are a beast at home this year and while Penn St did cover in their previous matchup, they were being soundly beaten most of the game. Penn St is 1-5 SU this year on the road and in 4 of those 5 games they lost by double digits against teams that are not as good as Indiana at home. There are many that are doubting the Hoosiers after 3 straight losses, but Indiana has beaten 2 great teams at home in Kentucky and Ohio St and have only had one hiccup at home against Minnesota. I look for the Hoosiers to bounce back today in a big fashion.

    GOOD LUCK TO ALL

Yep, I was off a day. Probably because I didn't have any plays Friday and it threw me off. Thanks and good luck to you as well.

Wisconsin can be streaky and I can't help but play Illinois at home. They are undefeated and very difficult to beat at home with a win over Ohio St. I can't say that Wisconsin has beat anyone great on the road with their best wins coming against Purdue and Nebraska. I believe that Illinois is a much more difficult place to play than either of those two. Hopefully the Illini will come out hungry after a loss at Penn State, but this will be a battle today.

NFL is not my thing, but just for fun. Likely no more hoops for the day.

            ADDING:

            **NEW ENGLAND -7

-The Ravens defense is amazing, but I will not let money ride on a team with Flacco as the quaterback. He may come out and play well, but I would rather put my money on Brady vs. Ravens Def over riding with Flacco.

            **SAN FRAN ML (-125)
-The Giants are insanely streaky and if the 49ers can beat the Saints, they can surely beat New York.
