I've only played one game this season thus far, Michigan +7.5 when they played at IU, check out my twitter for verification of that. Really been locked into CBB and feel like now I have a grasp on things. I am not above or below playing any conference if I see an advantage.( @ J Lanfranca)

Don't need big write-ups for these but might comment have a few here and there. Oh and Im not going to post lines that have moved 2 points, you'll get the lines Im getting.

Boston College +17 - Only 3 favorites have covered in ACC play all season so far! BC plays up and down to competition, simply too many here.

Stanford PK - Ill take the bait of this line, these teams are on different levels, first of 3 road games for the Cardinal, will get up for this one.

UNC Greensboro PK - Playing much better, Chatt playing much worse.

UMKC +5 - Western Illinois looks like the much better squad, especially with UMCK losing 9 straight, but guess why they arent bigger favorites? Cause they wont cover here.

Niagara -3 - They will blast Canisius in this one.

Alright, let's rock and roll for Saturday 1-21-12, have another good feeling about today's large card.

Boston College -1.5 - Feels like a trap, but Ill take the bait, BC is playing better ball, second half the other night vs NC State was telling, never quit.

Rutgers +10.5 - Just another big East battle, Rutgers has been undervalued all season, and theyll prove it today.

SMU +14 - They arent nearly as good as Memphis, of course, but with the total at 124, the pace will be slow and Memphis doesnt have much margin for error here if they want to cover.

Texas +3.5 - Brown for Texas obviously is feeling much better now, launching up 27 shots the other night at KSU, Texas needs a signature win, they get one today.

Oklahoma +3.5 - must admit, I was very down on OU, as most were, but actually watching their games and how obvious it is that their players have gained a tremendous amount of confidence since the loss to OSU, I believe they are a different team now.

San Fran -4.5 - Portland might be the worst defensive team in the nation, not like there is any home court advantage here, San Fran is a notch above Portland in the team tiers chart as well.

Syracuse -9 - They will dominate Notre Dame in all aspects of the game, this spread should be like 18.

Southern Illinois +18.5 - Coming off 4 of 5 losses, I just think they are too many points here, they played neck and neck with Wich State in the second half just 14 days ago.

SIU Edwardsville +17.5 - Murray State will continue to over-valued ATS and this is Edwardsville's Super Bowl.

UNLV -6 - As square as it gets, and they will blast New Mexico, NM can't score with them, period.

Poor Saturday performance Saturday, going 4-6, but its a marathon not a sprint.

Today's Plays:

South Florida -2 - Big East road games never easy obviously, but Depaul gave up 81 points to Pitt...

Virginia -7.5 - One of the most underrated team in the nation, Va Tech will struggle to put up 50 in this one.

Niagara +9 - Manhattan hasnt beat a team in conference by even 5 points... that was .500 or above.

Picks for 1/23:

George Mason -11 - GMU is cruising right now, and while Wilimington made their mark early in conference play, they just broke their 3 game winning streak last game by squeaking out a win vs William & Mary, a team they will finish neck and neck with in the Standings when its all said and done.

North Carolina At&T +8 - They played 9 respectable bigger conference teams out of conference including, St Marys, Creighton, Iowa and Hawaii. Coppin State doesnt scare them too much, and this one should be a close game.

Cincy +5 - Was actually the game I had circled that the Cuse would lose before the loss to ND, I will stick with my guy feeling.

12-11 YTD ... but tonight I see a lot I like actually. Probably my squarest day of the year today. But you'll see a theme. GMU and Cincy were very close to covering last night but a loss is a loss, lets move on.

Georgia +12 - Kentucky coming in, so its the Bulldogs super bowl, this could put their season back on the map. Not saying they will win, but a mildly close first half, with UK pulling away to win by 8 is what I predict. UGA isnt completely awful, beating Tennessee and Notre Dame this year.

Tennessee +8.5 - Two words, Jarnell Stokes. Might even sprinkle the money line here. Every game they played pre-Stokes doesnt matter to me one bit.

San Diego State +2.5 - I understand the angles here on this game. But Wyoming will prove to me they can beat someone better then Colorado(which they haven't done), before I say they are even in the league of SDSU or UNLV. I think New Mexico is over rated as well, and they handled the Cowboys on their home floor.

South Florida +10.5 - How many games will it take before people believe this team is on the level of the other good not great Big East teams. I understand they are 12-8, but their confidence is sky high right now and actually none of their losses out of conference were that bad. Kansas, VCU and ODU. Their only recent loss of 11 to Notre Dame they actually out-shot the Irish, which is a clear sign they didnt get dominated by any stretch of the imagination. USF went 1-for-13 from 3 in that game and ND shot 48% from the floor for the game.

Iowa State +8 - I liked Texas the other day vs KU, and they covered for me, but I think they suffer a bit of a letdown after their comeback effort on Saturday. ISU is playing pretty well, blown out the bad Big XII teams, won close games, already played KU, played MU, beat Texas... they have been through a lot already, close game tonight.

Miami -1.5 - They are better at basketball then Georgia Tech, and they'll prove it tonight.

Oklahoma +5.5 - Baylor after two straight defeats, I must be crazy. I really think OU is playing much better since their loss at Mizzou.

15-15 YTD, but haven't even heated up at all. Good sign to me. I laughed at some of the lines today out loud, not b/c they were bad, but they really make you think, a few traps are definitely being laid.

Providence +10 - If Pitt can score, it would be vs Prov, but its hard to imagine them dominating this one, especially since neither team will reach 70. Providence has been awful on the road in Big East play, which somehow makes me more confident here.

Air Force +4 - TCU? Really? There aren't many team around they should be favored over. Air Force is not one of them. Just feel like Air Force's 11-6 record is stronger then TCU's 11-7. AFA, yea lost by 13 @ SDSU, but they shot 1-for-18 from 3!

Mississippi State -9 - LSU cant hang with the talented teams in the SEC, and while MissSt isnt the most consistent and sound team in the nation, you will see them get a double digit win at home here, just like they did vs Arizona and West Virginia.

Oklahoma State +9 - Missouri isnt necessarily over-rated but I dont expect the same kind of effort you saw at Baylor Saturday. They are feeling too good about themselves right now. Ok State coming off 3 straight losses, and realize they might as well pack it in if they lose this one at home.

Memphis -12 - They have stepped it up a bit since losing to G-Town in December, beat Tennesee and handled business vs the inferior teams. Rice is another of the inferior's as shown by their performance at Tulsa, and recent losses vs TCU and Lamar.

UCF +3.5 - Will be a close game at Tulsa, but I think when you can get a team this hot and confident, you ride them. Possible let down, but it could happen at any time. Tulsa at home isnt that intimidating, Arizona State, SMU, Creighton and Wichita State beat them in their building and even the Mercer Bears out shot them in Tulsa, only losing by 6.

Villanova +9.5 - I like Louisville with Kuric obviously much better, but not this much better.

Drexel -5 - For my money, the best team in the conference, see them winning their first round NCAA tourney game as well. Only loss since December 10th? Georgia State, payback time. Drexel wont shoot 15-for-47 this time around.

Rutgers -9.5 -Im on their bandwagon. Ill even guess the score in this one, 81-66.

NC Wilmington +4 - Upset, outright. UNCW. ODU's recent road games (non-Towson, they dont count). Overtime wins vs Delaware and James Madison, loss to Richmond, UCF and blown out by VCU.

Florida -5 - Square play, I'm not buying into Ole Miss getting another lucky win, Ive seen plenty of these types of games already this week.

Valpo +1 - Better at basketball.

Boston College +17.5 - Over under is 112, so Oddsmaker predict 47 points out of BC... problem is Virginia is no scoring juggernaut. 11 point game here.
