I like Illinois possibly in this spot. Line opened at +3.5 and 65% jumped on Penn State and it went to +4.

Also 70% on the over.

it's historically very difficult to win on the road in the Big Ten, and PSU is playing decent of late. Sparty lost in Evanston on Saturday and IU lost in Lincoln last night (yes, i realize that Lincoln hasn't been part of the Big Ten for long). who saw either of those coming?

I don't see how anyone can be on the over...

If you look historically, Illinois struggles at Penn State, and the struggles usually lead to embarrassing score type games.

A few years ago they lost like 39-34 to them or something. If it is a close game, it'll probably be a game that will struggle to get over 100. Just how Illinois plays against Penn State for some reason the last 4-5 years.

I'm not seeing this. It opened at Illinois -4, moved to -3.5 for a very short time, and then to -3. Roughly 60% of bets have been on Illinois from the beginning, and currently showing 59% on Illinois. Just posting this for clarification. This one's a no-play for me for sure. Good luck if you play it.
