    Goodfella10's Play - 1-12-12
    RECORD (25-21) +12.1 UNITS
PLAY OF THE DAY (3-4) -1.7 UNITS

    PLAY OF THE DAY
    ***DUKE -10 (-120)
-If you look at the schedules of Duke and Virginia, there is a huge discrepancy in the difficulty of opponents to this point in the season. Virginia's has played Michigan, LSU, Miami FL, Oregon, George Mason, while Duke has played Michigan, Mich St, Kansas, Ohio St, Washington, Tennessee, and Temple to name a few. Both teams have played great to this point of the season, but I feel Duke has played far superior competition. It tends to help when you are battle tested and playing a team with inferior talent at home. The students are back and Cameron should be rocking tonight with a top 15 opponent in town. I think Duke has the size to really cause problems for Virginia and the Cavs have yet to face a team this year with the talent of Duke, especially on the road.

    ***MISS ST -7
-Tennessee has struggled on the road this year with loses at Memphis (18pts), Coll of Charleston (6pts), and Oakland Mi (8pts). Miss State has been solid at home with their only loss coming early in the season to Akron, but one could argue that they haven't play anyone solid outside of WVU (13pt win). Neither of these teams are very disciplined, but both have a lot of talented athletes that can score in various ways. I tend to think this matchup favors Miss State because I believe they have better overall talent at all positions on the floor. There are 3 potential NBA players on Miss St (Bost, Moultrie, and Sidney), while I would be hard pressed to say that Tennessee has anyone that people have mentioned as NBA talents. In this type of game, where discipline is limited, I like to go with the more talented team. In this game that team is Miss State and they are at home.

    GOOD LUCK TO ALL

Scary the # of games we sync. I thought same thing with Virg but decided to let this game cement my opinion on both. Virg goes 3-16 from 3 and still covers. Duke 5-20. Not real sure what to take from this??
