3 Sides and 2 Totals with small write ups
Haven't made any posts in a while, but had some time to do some work and this is what I came up with:

    Sides

    Hofstra +3
They are 2-6 ATS this year so that is not the best way to start this.... but they were 2-0 last year ATS vs Delaware. If Hofstra can shoot there 37% from 3 tonight I think they have a good shot at winning this game. If they are cold from the arc who knows. I do like them a lot tonight.

    Tennessee +8
I don't have great write up for this one. I really just don't like Memphis. Tenn is 5-1 ATS over the last several years vs Memphis, and Memphis is just 3-6 ATS this season. 8 points seems like enough to entice a play tonight.

    UTEP +10.5
I am going to pound this if some of UTEP's questionable players suit up tonight. The line appears they will be without Perez, Lang, and Washburn, if they do indeed sit out this turns into a no play, maybe a small play of MArshall if they are all 3 out. If a couple of them get the nod tonight I think this line will drop a few points. If anyone has any info on these guys it would be appreciated.

    Sides
    Xavier/LaSalle UNDER 139.5
Both teams give up a combined 126 points. Both teams really struggle from the FT line. I see a final score around 132. May be way off, but I will take my chances with under 139.5.

    Ind St/N. Iowa OVER 124
Money is on the under since it opened at 125.5. Both teams shoot really well from the floor and the line, 6 of the past 7 matchups at N. Iowa have gone over. I think it will be close game and free throws at the end make this one go over by a few.

    Opinions and thoughts welcome....

This one looks nice. I don't know if I'd say they both REALLY struggle from the stripe (although, I would say that about LaSalle over the past few games) but they've both got good D. My only concern would be that they may both hit a bunch of 3's, as they're both capable on the perimeter. I'm feeling this more and more now that it's moving up as I write. May be able to get it at 141/141.5 a little later. GL, tonight.

forgot to add that Xavier shoots 66% from the line, LaSalle 64%. I think those are pretty low percentages....

Well, I wouldn't call 67% and 65% (.8 and .9 get rounded up) REALLY struggling when the avg has been 69% for the last 50 years. However, I would say LaSalle's last-5 rate of 53.5% qualifies as strugglesville.

All 3 of UTEP's guys are upgraded to probable. Line up to 11.5. Going to play it.... hope probable means playing tonight!

i love in that Xavier game that there is 35 points from the line and both teams shoot it at 80%. Hilarious.
