Are you talking about past meetings? Because that has nothing to do with this season. This year Duke is a bad offensive rebounding team (so few second chance points) and is a poor free throw shooting team (unlike past years). Now Greensboro blows, but they are a good offensive rebounding team (30th in country). I know that's because they get a lot of chances because they miss so many shots , but it still extends possessions. Plus they rank a respectable 72nd in forcing turnovers. Those little things add up in games with enormous spreads like this one.

Dude, having watched 5 Duke games so far this season and 3 UNCG I think this line is off. Should be about -37 to duke. Look at the two best teams UNCG has played so far: 29 point loss to Tenn, 41 point loss at GTown. Sprinkle in 22 pts at NC A&T and 22 to Middle Tenn.

UNCG shot 41% to Tenn and still lost by 30 points, and they shoot horribly having played against no one with a better defense than Duke. Not only do they shoot poorly and get blown out but they have actually looked worse than what appears on the sheets. They go on mini streaks where they almost look like a D1 team but they get absolutely battered the rest of the game and you'd be surprised they are ever within 15 points.

I know theres a hardened system to take dogs and it does work, but with 35 or so lined games tonight you can not tell me this one is one of the most ripe.

Curious as to why you like the Citadel tonight? I know JMU generally shouldnt lay this many points to anyone, but the Citadel has been downright awful. Theyre coming off a 19-point home loss to to Charleston Southern, and lost by 22 at home to Coastal Carolina a few days before that. Dont really love either side, but wondering what your case for the Citadel is? Thanks.

Also, what are your thoughts on Utah? This line makes no sense to me. you rarely ever see Portland favored, especially on the road. Utah is a terrible team but probably 5 points better than Portland on a neutral court. Theyre 4 points dogs at home? Only thing I can think of is a possible look ahead to big in-state Rivalry game with Weber St. coming up. Thoughts?

Like the picks but have to disagree on the Nichols st play .. I mean this team lost by 53 at Texas who sucks this year and the team is 330th in the Nation Rebounding so i believe UNC will be owning the boards all night and win by 48. Like the other dogs though and best of luck LT.
