Liked UNLV at first too, but they're +1.5 now. Not sure about that one.

I like Drexel. Bradley won a tight game on the road. 2 days later for their 2nd road game, I see a let down.
Memphis as a dog I like but not playing.... same for K St.
UNLV I'm staying away.
Denver I like. Hard not to take them at home against a struggling Boise St team that shoots terrible on the road. Huge home advantage.
Like Vanderbilt vs Ind St here but only by a slight margin.
Mich Under looks good. Might look into that more later myself.
Good luck bud!

I love Baylor as well.
Michigan under might be my best bet. I can see a 71-53 type game.

I'm literally like 10% lifetime on totals though. I'll take under and both teams will shoot lights out the first half then slow down in the second half and just go over the total. But Michigan plays good d and shouldn't give up more than 55 points I hope. Also don't see Michigan scoring more than 75.

Mich will D up for sure. Seems like Alabama A&M like to run but they just don't score many points. Mich should limit them to even less than average. I suck at O/Us also but this looks decent enough for a small play on my end. 308th in scoring defense working against the under but 241st in scoring offense 299th FG% and 340th 3 pt%. Closest game to compare would be vs Towson 64-47 but the play a slow tempo game like Mich. Expect Ala A&M to double the pace. Turnovers will be the key for the O/U. Definitely believe 133.5 is set a little too high.

Michigan has played a few scrub teams this season and all seem to be low scoring games however when they play legit teams the total has gone over, do they just go thru the motions and slow the game down vs shitty competition?

Think the difference is just that good teams can score. If you look at Mich O/U.... every game has gone over the line except for Towson and Memphis (push). You would expect at some point, the oddsmakers would compensate for this eventually. The expectant course would be to take the over here and going with the trend. A&M so far has no line on O/U this yr.

make no mistake memphis will play over their heads coming off the murray state loss. they have been absolutely terrible though in the pastner era against good nonconference teams. the difference this time though is they are going into one of these games off a loss against a team they "should have beaten". they very seldom (i think umass in 09 is the only time) lose to lesser non-conference competition under pastner. and yes, murray state is good and is ranked coming off of that victory, but they are on this schedule to be a penciled-in w, and the city and team are very upset with that loss. will barton even called a players-only meeting, and that's the first time that i know of that happening in the pastner era. his teams have really lacked floor leadership, and barton is now stepping up not only in action and performance on the court but vocally too.
i'm a memphis homer and deal with enough heartache when they get crushed by these kinds of teams to save my money and bet on other games. and if anyone reading is unaware or has forgotten, check from 09-10 through this year and see how terrible memphis has been under pastner against good non-conference competition. but i do think this is an oddly good spot for memphis despite their recent past against teams of this ilk.

6-1-1 O/U and the only under was w/ a line of -20+. Everything else was either under -10 or as a dog for Mich. Under IMO still looks good here. Perhaps not something to go overly large on.

I agree, Illinois aint shit this year...bet against them a bunch this year against lesser competition and won. My problem is I havent seen UNLV play yet this year, I know they beat UNC and theyre 10-2, but other than that I know very littlle about them

i wouldn't put too much stock into that. they don't necessarily need to be at full strength to handle memphis. like i said, my viewpoint is skewed, but i think the motivational aspect for memphis off the murray state loss is the key to this game.
not to mention, this is hands down the biggest game on memphis's schedule. not just because it will be the highest ranked team they will play this year, but because it also revitalizes one of the great rivalries in college basketball.
i don't know if i will even be able to sleep tonight.
