Why is UMKC laying 7 points against Canisius???

Both of these teams are awful....I've watched Canisius and walked away underwhelmed but I admittedly haven't seen UMKC play. Do they have a great homecourt advantage that I'm not aware of????

Everything I've looked at tells me this game should be from a pick'em to UMKC -3 at the most.

About to take the +7 in a game that by everything I see, looks like a toss-up.

UMKC is a good outside shooting team and Canisius plays ZERO defense, be it outside or inside.
