    Wisc./Savannah St. spread drop
Who has information or the reason for why this game line continues to drop?

My book has the first half at Wisc -15 and whole game at -24. What happened to the 28/29 range?

That's what I'm trying to figure out. Some of the starters must not be playing, or something of that sort.

If that is the case, I really like the +15 first half line.

I'm not sure though. Want to get a confirmation or reason from someone that does know. Anyone?

Here's what i posted at 1:22 in LT Profits Thread

I look at Savanah St's game at Butler as a pretty good measuring stick. Butler and Wisconsin have very similar defensive statistics and Butler won that game 57-42. Now, I know Butler isnt the Butler of old, but their defense is still very very solid and obviously they are well-coached.

Wisconsin on the other hand offers much more experience and offensive pop than that of Butler. I expect Savannah to score around the same amount of points as they did against Butler. In capping this game, I believe if Wiscy and Savannah St played Wiscy would score 8-9 more points than Butler did in their meeting. That would put the score somewhere around 65-42. This score would also make it very close to the total of 110. I have Wiscy winning this game by 23.

And to harp on what LT said, Wiscy has the 345th ranked offensive tempo in the country (dead last), and Savannah has the 302nd. This game should be slow slow slow.

There is a specific reason for why a line drops this many points. It usually is not because of rankings. It is because someone is sick or sitting out or suspended.

No, the reason was the line was soft as hell. It was 5 points off. They realized it and adjusted accordingly. And in the end that will help Vegas out as every sucker in the world now sees a better number and puts their money on Wisconsin. You can watch the public bet % rise minute by minute on Wisconsin. They know exactly what theyre doing.

No, usually that would be a point or two drop moving towards game time, but 4 points so quickly says some people know something about this game. It could be me, that the quick and big of a line movement is suspicious.

I'll probably skip this game. I see Wisconsin winning by 30+ with a big offensive outburst after the last game, if every player is healthy and playing.

I dont know if you know the definition of sucker bet. When you bet Savannah St, you're not being a sucker. When you bet a top 5 team and the line dropped 3 points in their favor.....thaaaaats a sucker.

Wisconsin has continually held these shitty teams to 40 or less this year. If Savannah scores under 40 the Badgers should cover.

Whatever man. Bet on Savannah St. large then. It has nothing to do with me. I'm just asking a simple question to start out this thread. Maybe someone will chime in with a reason. Maybe there will be no reason at all. Whatever the cause, I wish you bad luck.

there is no reason, it dropped by about 2 points immediately, from 28-26. then slow drop to around 24.5 which is what its sitting at now. large, respected bet can easily move it from 28-26. almost 70% on wisconsin, i missed savannah +28, was at work =[. I guess i have to settle for the U110 now.

St. will be forced to up their tempo, but since they don't score effectively anyway even at a slow pace, more than likely their even less effecient at a faster pace making for a more effective Wisky to lengthen the gap, good luck great discussion.
