also Minnesota/Va Tech 68% on VA tech. line opened at minn -2.5 movedto -3. This means there is something here?

That's pretty minor 70 percent on Pitt line moves from 7 to 4.5 it means the sharps or big money bettors are betting against the public chances are the pros are bettor than casuals...
