they did beat the rebels last year in the thomas and mac center. I look to see UNLV come out with a big win here... wont bet on it but best of luck to you

I agree with you here Cappin. I really think this will be a letdown spot. I also think UNLV on the road is not near as good as UNLV at home.

One more point about UCSB they did take a very good SDST team into OT, they did loose that game but this is a team that is not looked @ much and has time talent.

On it as well for 1 Unit! UNLV games are just flat out suspicious, last game where they won doesn't mean much. They are undoubtedly the most corrupt team in ncaab, so don't fight the line on this one fellas. I'd def take UCSB, BOL to all backers

Cappin, great points but I believe unlv is probably on a high from beating carolina and will be building on it, I see a let down In a game or 2 but not here.

Unique1 I know what you are saying but from my experience cappin games with 18 year old kids the let down,lack of focus, comming off the high with a win like that happens in its next game.(IMO).............Best of luck.

I go to UNLV and trust me there is no reason for a letdown game here. We were in a similar situation with UCSB last year. We had just popped into the top 25. Newly ranked #22 at home, UCSB came to the Thomas and Mack and beat us. They've beaten us the last 3 times we've played them. There is a HUGE revenge factor here. UNLV has no reason not to want to go into UCSB and blow them out by double digits, especially after proving to the nation what type of contender they are. No reason for a let down game against a team that beat you the last 3 times you've faced them...
