12pm Game Indiana State v Texas Tech

Big game for my Sycamores! The team is 4-0 as of now. Texas Tech is 3-0, and both teams haven't played any quality teams yet. Tech has little experience. Indiana State has some good players and freshman on this team, So far it has been a GREAT defensive season for the Sycamores. I believe ISU is going into this game with a nothing to lose mentality and expect them to Give Texas Tech their A game. Plus Tech has a young team. Opening line at thegreek.com has ISU -4.5.

Mid major is a fav of a power conference school. My first thought is to take Texas Tech but Indiana St may not be that bad. First real test for both teams.

Compared the quality of opponents for both teams and the margin of victories. Also, how they rank in offense and defense across the nation thus far. Edge goes to Texas Tech in all areas. I gotta take the points on a neutral court here and hope for the best, if not an outright win.

When it comes to gambling, my two degrees from Tech don't mean a thing. I faded them in football for three games before jumping all over them against Mizzou last week. I was going to bet them at +5.5 and was thrilled to get them at +6.5. If it keeps going up, I'll probably toss a little more on the moneyline as well as the spread.

The only thing that's bothering me, is why the line keeps skyrocketing... must be some service plays.

However, this is just what my number crunching told me... I could very well get it stuck up my azz.

I just can't go the other way when they're shooting 56% from the field and 44% from the 3-point line.

they are a dumb team and isu plays a very intelligent game. they know they cant beat a team like tech in a run n gun style game so they take their time each possession and get a great look because the kids on tech eventually break down. tech has no answer to the way isu is playing and they foul like morons because they are poor defensively.

there is a reason tech will be bottom of the barrel in the big12.
