i took them +2 second half and they were up by 10 at half. i look around 11 minutes to go in game they are up 18, i am sitting pretty. i look back at 2.58 left and they are down by 8. nc state has outscored them 27-2.

Best player fouled out with like 10 minutes left because of a technical after saying something after his 4th foul.
Barnes did do a terrible job coaching though. Texas is up by 18 and they switch to a 2-3 because so many of their players are in foul trouble. NC State starts hitting threes. Texas is running down the play clock every possession when obviously they play better in a fast pace type of environment. Best player fouls out. Nobody on Texas is a leader (besides Brown) because they are all freshman or have not seen any minutes in previous years. Texas did not have a field goal for 8 minutes down the stretch. Then down by 3 with 25 seconds left Texas runs some terrible play and comes up with a weak 3.
NC State coach is also terrible. You probably should foul with 25 seconds left and you are up by 3, but you 100% should foul when you are up by 3 and Texas is bringing the ball up with 7 seconds left.
Many of these college coaches do not understand the game statistically. It's frustrating to watch at times.Comment -
