UNC/MSU outdoors on water... under?

I am not a skilled handicapper. If I were I would be on this site stealing your picks. However, I was in the USMC and spent time aboard a ship. No matter what port you are in there is wind and constant movement though not always seen. My question - will they play All Star game defense or will they play to win? Just wondering.
