Don't expect much today w/ the small card so only small plays and maybe a 5u play (doubtful though). I am liking a lot of dogs today so I am going to watch the lines and see what I can get. Locked in Harvard early figuring it'll move in my favor. I may look to middle that bet depending on how low the line goes. As for K State, I should've gotten it at -2. I like WV 1H for sure. K St has started every game slow so far and I am hoping that trend continues. Look for them to bounce back strong in the 2H if that's the case. Its probably a stay away day and wait for tomorrow's card but I'm an action junkie so will put in some plays, mostly small bets.Comment -

Rivalry game for WMU. Couple of their players transfered to Detroit after playing at WMU. Also, its possibly the last game of this series after matching up year after year. For another couple players from WMU, it'll be returning home to play in Detroit (their hometown). I'm hoping for a physical back and forth game between the two. Detroit coming off an enthusiastic win over St Johns and WMU coming off a huge win over a Div III team. Edge IMO to Detroit but I like WMU to keep it competitive and possibly get a 1H cover.
At first, initial lean I had was on BC. They are scrappy but undisciplined. Mental breakdowns on defense has cost them leads and games. Their best game was against UC Irvine in the 76 classic where they won in OT. They are a team that's struggling to find its identity. They've played strong 1Hs vs Boston (tied) and Penn St (3 pt lead) then faltered down the stretch in both games and lost. BC has a freshman as their leading scorer and another freshman as their leading rebounder. I would have to guess they are a frustrated team right now. Even knowing its a rebuilding season. Doubt they have a shot at winning but they are scrappy enough to get a 13 pt cover. Their tendency to falter at the end is a fallacy hard to avoid. Chance for a back door cover is slim IMO.
I am leaning the other way with Providence now. Providence is a decent team, their only 2 losses were to N Iowa and Iowa St. Two notable wins vs Fairfield and S Carolina. Their leading scorer is a junior, Council, but they also have 2 other offensive threats, both sophmores, Coleman & Cotton, all in dbl digits (18.1, 16.1, 14.9 p/g respectively). Freshman forward Henton, (13.0 pts/g 8.2 reb/g)also can contribute, named BIG EAST Men’s Basketball Player of the Week by College Sports Madness last week. I believe Prov has found their identity and has been working well as a team in their last few games, 3 wins 2-0 ATS. With this many offensive weapons, they should be able to cover the 13 here.
