the obvious bet is the under at first glance...you even said that

no no no Obvious bet to guys who just look for a big number on the board and think its going to go over. A good team to compare this to is VMI they get monster projections and everyone automatically assumes its going over.

It's not that you're running the wrong numbers or that you're doing something wrong. 90% of public bets are coming in now on the under, yet vegas is making the line even higher to get more people on the under. Vegas knows something we dont. Just like when the Providence line dropped from -14 to -12.5 five minutes before game time. EVERYONE was on Providence and the books cleaned up.

this same line movement happened last night thought with South Dakota @ Canisius everyone kept pounding the OVER and the line moved 4 points when I Was on the UNDER and added more on the UNDER

Iowa v. Iowa St. and SD v. Canisius aren't fit for comparison. Everyone and their brother will be betting the Iowa game because there's literally no other games to bet today. The big time games of the day like this one are the ones Vegas has lined up to a tee. I've watched this happen all year. Hey road dog hope all is well man.. I respect ur thoughts alot on this forum i just wanted to let u know this.... I also just wanted to say that i used to b scared sht about the line moving.... But 50% of the time it works for me and half against me.. I cN no longer drive myself crazy witj line movemens...buck says he is more concerned with line movemets after the open and not as concerned where the line goes after during the day. We have a guy here in cou who has researched the crap outta this game and thats good enuff fr me..... If it losses it losses but at least we are putting money on cou and his hours n hours of research and all his bball knowledge... To me thats as safe as it gets right??? Nothing is a sure thing.

Haha, na man I'm only 27 and have been doing this for about 5 years. My mind works well with numbers and figuring line changes. Other people are really good with assessing player strengths, the sets teams runs, etc. I do most of my capping based off of numbers and watching lines. I know a lot of people hate discussing line movement, but it has made me some money in my days. Thanks guys, liking the convo on this game.
