So far I am 100% riding Belmont vs DUKE in the 1st game of the season, duke has a ton of new highly talented players that have no idea how it is to not be "the guy", it will take coach K some time to figure out a proper rotation and get these guys going. Belmont is returning almost all their main dudes and I think they could pull off a win never mind probaly cover a +20 spread or so, keep your eyes out for that line, although it will probaly only get bigger with initial bettors all over duke and their new hype crop, especially the Austin Rivers bandwagonrers.

This line will not be 20+ I have this line pegged at Duke -9 right now and then I have the game against Memphis pegged at Memphis -3.5.
Belmont can win this game but can they win in one of the most hostile environments in the country is the question. Home court advantage at duke is easily worth 3 points alone.

your right, I was being a little bit overly optomistic with the +20 talk, I would say 14-17 range as well, and memphis game highly dependent on their game against duke I would think 8-10 forsure tho. The books know the public will pound DUKE no matter what and I think the line will reflect it, sometimes they let the money slide a bit one way if their feeling something, its the casinos way of placing a bet to some extent.Comment -
