I had this problem from 4pm central to 6pm central, I called to try and get my plays into them, and the guy tried to tell me to go to some mirror5dimes site, I told him no, I will not, and he refused to take a wager over the phone, oh well, the bears lost anyway, and I did t even bother with a live line, basically it helped me out today, hah! They got it fixed though.
