Are any of you aware of the new rules that have been implemented this season? The refs are going to call pussy fouls all day...you can't even touch another player without getting called for a foul. Now factor in the "bonus" at the end of the game and tell me why in the penetrate of all penetrates would you bet an under?!

What's happening, as far as I can tell, is defensive players are not guarding as tight as they usually would because they are scared to get called for a foul, which leads to easy layups on the offensive end.
