VHC is a good one, made some great money on the haircut it took back in August. Right now it is seeing STRONG resistance at $28 meaning it does not want to exceed over this price, you'll see over the past two months it has bounced off of the 27.70-27.90 range several times. In otherwords it is a big tease...over 27.75 i'm eyeing this stock and over 28.10 i'm buying.
The stock popped on Thursday because the company was granted a motion in court hearing vs. Apple, Cisco, others.

GOOD WORK BIG D…..what is happening is that the same patent suit they successfully won against Microsoft is being brought again here…..do you think that Microsoft’s lawyers were any less competent……they will win this one as well..these lawyers are just dragging it out….maybe trying to squeeze VHC trying to give Apple time/positioning to make a buyout offer……remember these clowns own other patents beside 4G…….I bought in at 3.00 for 10 k watched it go to 40 sold half my position at 35.00…bought back in this week at 26.07 1000 shares……..the long term guidance says 50 by the end of the year…………believe me when I tell you 100 or close will happen sooner than later….my pm is turned off here… find me on twittwer @pinfishh for why this will happen……my advice buy now ride it to double your money....get back your original investment ride the rest for 12 months from date of original purchase then cash out paying lt capital gains instead of short term.......Comment -

the CTO of VHC has sold over 100k shares since Decmeber, 20k of those shares were sold this past week. http://www.gurufocus.com/news/158832...s-20000-shares. Definitely something to consider although not so telling at the same time. It has a higher short interest right now than it has had in the past twelve months so when this stock finally breaks out, i'm thinking it will fly when all of those investors/traders who are short will have to buy back to cover. VHC hired Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati who has worked with the biggest tech names so I wouldn't doubt their accountability to get the job done, but so far I have heard nothing and will expect nothing. I'm a trader not an investor so I'm usually 100% cash by the end of the night when I do trade unless I get some hard facts or its something I'm willing to take the risk on where the reward is a half step above the risk.
