any updates? prob hard cuz so many bets. understandably as well the men giving picks itt don't say their totals after losing days, and after winning days they post the number of up units without deducting juice.

i know i shouldn't even ask as in the former thread people would respond, 'no records, just winners'. but nothin negative here, just a follower wondering if there is an updated record, as i saw you did not keep any records (or quit early in the season as in this thread) in the previous football/hockey thread 1st&10.

Week 1 analysis:

Along w/ myself I think there are quite a few people floating around these forums curious as to just how good of cappers the Fam really are?? I think I speak for many when I say you guys are very 'intriguing'. Why though?? There's really no structure to your madness. No organization, no hierarchy, no rhyme or reasoning behind your methods of capping. Nothing fancy, just a group of Bro's keepin' it real & like anybody else.......chasin' that GREEN....... Only difference is you seem to be right more often than most & do so in a style that prevents haters from hating, bashers from bashing, flamers from flaming, trolls from trolling. You shoo off drama as if it were a fly. Add it all UP & you have 'intrigue'.

With exactly one week of the NCAA hoops schedule in the books we saw mixed results from the Fam. Buck used a nice run yesterday (8-3) to close the week with honors unit wise (+7.9) & record wise (10-6-0). A 6x win on Kentucky along w/ a 5x win on Mia (OH) & a 4x easy win on Drexel keyed Buck's run. He's hot right now!!

Tailing Bean was probably a little more difficult this week as he posted an early week 5-1 run in the football thread that was likely missed by most?? Bean ultimately closed the week w/ a respectable 10-6-2 record but because three of those wins were of the .5x variety his +2.45 units were a little low for a 10-6 record.

Ayo started the week off nicely but lost 8 of 9 to close the week in disappointment. After sticking to 1x & 2x plays most of the week Ayo lost his big 5x play yesterday on Mem/Bel Under (which wasn't even close btw) & then chased going 1-2 on 3x plays

. Credit to Ayo though for putting on the brakes right there & not making it worse even though there was a full slate of games still remaining. In the end a winning week turned into a disappointing week.

Tailing Sonny this week was next to impossible. He stuck to mostly 1st h & 2nd h plays & unless you were Johnny on the spot 24-7 you likely missed out, which probably wasn't such a bad thing?? Sonny was UP & down like a yo-yo this week which should be expected w/ the volume of plays he likes. One problem for tailers was his 2nd H plays were coming in w/ little time until tip leaving it tough to get down on. Yesterday's 6x loss on 2nd H Tex/RI Under & a double UP 6x loss on the 2nd H Mem/Bel Under was too much too overcome after playing mostly 2x & 3x all week.
Overall, I wouldn't be too worried about this week. If you picked your spots you may have either made a few $$ or if you're like me lost a few $$?? I doubt any consistent tailers got phat this week nor did they get crushed?? It was touch & feel & the early season can be very unpredictable. Game time starts were all over the place making it tough to tail as well. Now the schedule calms w/ more reasonable tip times which hopefully leads to a little more rhythm from the Fam.....Onward to week #2!!
