Doesn't 60.5 for 1H seem low?

For two teams that score over 35 points in the 1H each, doesn't 60.5 seem low?
I feel it will be an Over type game.
Maybe 34-33 at the Half.
Please tell me your thoughts!

I was thinking the same thing at first, but I see a lot of good cappers on the under so I decided to stay off. My guess is first half over, second half under, whole game under.

I don't know, it isn't rare for these kids to come out really nervous in a game like this and miss some shots. I think this line looks pretty sharp.
