BE = weak showing, but that betting opportunity is OVER. Now the cream of the crop, UCONN, for sure, and Marq probably (but not as sure), are playing good ball, they are the top teams from a damn good league. Same goes for The Big 12, a bust (A&M, K-State, Mizzou, Texas), but the their best, KU, is superior, do you want to mess with them? Also, Duke last night made ACC seem soft, didnt it? If refs allow physical game, Marquette should flourish. This game hinges on refs style... let 'em play, or call it close. Wish I knew, but at this point in the tourney the refs seem to "let them play".

Most of if not all these guys that are playing for him now are his guys especially the guys that contribute the most this season. I think that although the Big East has had a poor showing in the tournament, any team that's been battle tested through a Big East schedule like Marquette or Connecticut is going to be at an advantage at this point in the season. I've been betting against Conn all tournament, but they've shown more toughness than any other team in the tournament. Marquette has had to play ranked teams on the road all season. Playing a UNC squad that is young and didn't find its legs until midseason will be much less intimidating than going on the road to face Pitt, for example.

I like it. North Carolina is overrated. The entire ACC is shit this season. This will be like the Arizona/Duke game yesterday. Marquette big. Or if not, they definitely cover (probably.) I like Virginia Commonwealth to beat the other remaining ACC team, Florida State, as well.

Well, I was half right. I certainly didn't see this coming. Marquette just isn't ready for this. I'm going to lay off of Virginia Commonwealth. Probably a wise move.
