Rick, i think that -9 is fine for Duke. i have them by 12-15. that half-point is just risking a push, not a loss.

i was leaning over in Butler/Wisconsin, but i think that i'm going to pass on that total. based upon my numbers, it's over or no play for me. i have that game capped at 70-61 Badgers. to be honest, i've put 3u on Wisky -4' twice today only to cancel the bet to wait it out and see if -4 is available later. i expect that i will likely play Wisconsin, although i may consider ML rather than ATS. i honestly cannot figure out why people like Butler so much in that game, but i'm glad that they do.

i can't say that i blame you. i think that the total on that game is tough. i am expecting some FTs at the end to get it to 130 or so, but if Butler keeps it tight into the final minutes so that they don't have to foul, it could die in the upper 50's/around 60 apiece. that concern likely will keep me from playing the over, if i feel that confident in the Badgers, i'll just back them. BOL to you tonight.

i was completely stunned by the late games. Wisconsin looked awful from the outset, and i'm trying to recall a second half where i've seen Duke come so completely unglued.

Buckeyes bet is already in, thinking about over in that game and under in UR/KU, VCU/FSU. really like the 1H under in VCU/FSU.

The OSU over looks good. I don't think Kentucky can stop them and the Cats will just keep on firing. I also agree with the VCU under - should be bodies flying in all directions during that game - the only thing that scares me has been the amount of overs in the tourney. (Except UW)
I think Bo Ryan was as stunned as we were. Did you see the looks on his face! And really they still had a chance late they got it back to 4 at one point. You know you're in trouble when the Badgers miss that many FT's.

thanks for your thoughts, Rick. last night honestly felt like the twilight zone for me, so i know that it did for Bo Ryan. he was apoplectic i knew we were in trouble when Taylor got fouled on a 3 in the 1H and missed the first two FTs. ugh. oh well.

i have a ton of work to get done, but i've capped the games and will wait until this afternoon to finalize plays (other than the 5* OSU -5'). i capped the games as Buckeyes 80-69, Kansas 66-60, UNC 72-71, and FSU 63-59. you are correct about the overs in the tourney thus far, but i think that 3 of the 4 go under tonight. current leans: VCU/FSU 1H under 61', VCU/FSU under 131', UR/KU under 135, UR +10', UK/OSU over 140, Marquette +4', Marquette/UNC under 150'. i definitely will not play all of those, but probably will play 2-3 of them.

Finally Biff - you know I don't throw out picks often, but I am thinking that Alabama Tuesday -1' is a very good play. They can handle Colorado in NY. I think the number will only go up.
