Any thoughts on Wichita St, dont know them too well, but Charleston's luck I feel is going to run out, they played 2 better teams that went cold, only concern is teams often have a letdown after a big win like Wichita over VT

YEP!, I really like the Boise St line. I'm not certain how Vegas came up with 4'...even AT Oregon.
