this is virtually a home game for sdsu and if
Leonard starts hitting his shot this could get ugly

You guys drill yourselves about the matchups, and whatnot. I'm going to keep it simple.

SDSU doesnt score coming out of timeouts, run efficient half-court offense, and Fisher lacks a pragmatic approach to solving problems during games. When SDSU struggles with a certain part of their game, they continue for the greater part of a game.

I think you're right on this. I have SDSU over UConn in my bracket but now I like uconn. SDSU lacks a true scorer for that late game clutch situation

SDSU is prone to lapses in jump shooting, whereas UConn is Kemba and the Freshman-Laden Team That Finished Ninth In The Big East.

From here on out just about every game is a tossup. Except Duke over Zona, that's a 100% lock.

I got SDSU for the simple fact, all the Big East has done in this tourney is beat other Big east teams They can't compete with the better conferences.

Just bought tickets for Anaheim on Thurs, Club Party Suites 311. State wins, they looked awful against Temple and they are much better than advertised. They will win by 10+.

I agree. SDSU does not have the fire power to stay with UCONN. The only way San Diego has a chance is a slow tempo brawl.

I'm loving the Huskies. Been riding them since day 1 of the big east tourney. They show up after the first 5 minutes and play very good basketball. Walker can also take over when needed. I'm not certain SD can cover him (I think Marquette has one of the only players that can 'kind of' man him up) in those moments. SD is going to have to play a LOT of zone. In that case, Lamb and company can cover that quite well. I just havn't seen UConn look like a bad team for any stretch in the last month. SD hasn't really impressed me that much in tourney play, yet.

SD will have to play superbly to win and they can, but it's really hard to make a play on this game if you're not riding Kemba.
