they get an offensive rebound and hoist up a 3 within seconds...with 18 seconds left n the shot clock off...marquette rebound and they put a bucket up at the buzzer

Syracuse has this game easily. Marquette will slow down.. I have Syracuse on the ML as well.

cuse is shooting 52 percent...marquette 37...and cuse is down by 3....doing dumb shit like intentional fouls...throwing bad passes....giving up like 9 offensive rebounds....hoisting up 3s instead of playing for the last shot of the half

Too many offensive rebounds by Marquette. Cuse is shooting 50%, but losing because they're letting Marquette get too many second chances. Also not getting to the line at all. Although they suck at the FT line so who knows. Avid Cuse fan here, this was the game I was worried about. Was hoping Xavier would be here because Marquette already knows the 2-3 zone. Marquette won the regular season game with much the same. Marquette got a crap ton more FTs, but actually shot well that night. Cuse hit 57% in that game and lost by 6. Crazy.

This is not a smart Orange team by the way. They have poor shot selection many times ... when they take good shots in their offense, they are tough to beat.
