State should win but to be on safe side you should bet Temple moneyline for about 30 bucks.

If you bet 150 on the Temple ML:

SDSU win nets you +600 (+90 original)

Temple win nets you + ~200 (including loss of teaser)

I would hedge, but not sure for what amount.

200 on temple ML would give you

Temple win + 300 (including loss of teaser)
SDSU win + 560 (+90 original)

I would be all for locking up some guaranteed profit, although I think SDSU wins anyway
