very bad matchup for Oak, there were a lot of lower seeds i thought oak could have caused problems for but tex has the size to deal with Benson, and they defend the 3 very well....i know it is hard to trust tex but this team is going far.....tex wins and covers

ur logic behind it? i hate to tell you this but having looked at oakland and their games something troubles me a bit. They are uptempo and love to run the floor but on the defensive end they are hardly stellar they basically have superior offensive talent in the summit league. But texas is not going to allow this to turn into a run n gun type of deal because they play hard nosed defense and whether oakland will respond to that positively I dont know. Maybe they are better than people give them credit for but oakland will find itself trying to adjust to a change in the pace of the game which will be slowed down and texas will gain the edge playing that way. Oaklands got a nice big man inside in benson but the problem is texas has trees of its own inside so he wont be a huge difference maker. Against a smaller team oakland might gain an edge but not here. Texas will advance here.

Actually Oakland has faced teams on the caliber of Texas. They just couldn't beat any of them. And yes I know they beat Tennessee but by what metric is Tennessee on the same level as Texas? Quitting? Looking ahead to the NBA Draft?

Anyway, Oakland *loves* to run they are one of the few teams that actually wants to score into the 100s, and they're willing to allow Texas to score into the 100s to do it. The over/under is like 153 and they *still* might shatter it by 30 points.

i would worry more about the matchup than bother with that shit, books gonna get theirs 1 game really doesnt mean shit to them....that said if you playing it id lay the 10 cause tex is not the team a very solid oak team wanted to see, bad matchup, of coarse if bad tex shows up it a whole different story.......
