How can we find out what Defense each team plays

I am trying to figure out what all the teams strengths and weaknesses are. Defenses they play and defenses they struggle against. Im sure there's a website that has it all??

Ken Pom has some, dont know of 1 that does really. Keep a log of it

I think KenPom site makes a guess of what type of defense the team plays based on their stats, rather than a visual confirmation.
