What are your rules regarding rollover? Is it the smaller value of the risk/win? And if the bet pushes, does it still count towards rollover.

I've been generous in the past and let it just be the risk amount (including pushes). As long as people don't abuse it by taking ridiculous favorites on the ML just to meet rollover I will continue to grade it that way.
