Penn State is in. If anything MSU is probably the 7th team in from the Big Ten right now, considering Michigan is 5-1 vs. the other Big Ten bubble teams (and has 7 top 50 wins), PSU made it to the finals (and is the only big ten team with 2 wins vs. Wisconsin), and Illinois is still living off that win vs. North Carolina.
