La Salle is a tough team that hangs in there, they have been
good to many of us this season. Winning this tourney of course
is the only method the Explorers have to gain entry.
Temple, on the other hand is in, ranked around 25, and sure to sit
star forward Scootie Randall. Randall has missed the past 5 games,
and is expected to play in the NCAA tournament.
In the recent matchups between the Explorers vs. Owls
March 5 @ Temple: Temple 90-82
Feb 2 @ La Salle: Temple 71-67
not unwinnable situations, especially considering the neutral
court, La Salle on a roll desperate to win this, and Temple with
less to gain (Temple believes it can be a Sweet Sixteen team)
both squads are from Philadelphia playing in Atlantic City NJ.
La Salle eager to play Temple in A-10 tourney
La Salle Takes On #24/25 Temple In Atlantic 10 Quarterfinals On Friday Night
I've looked at two handicapping writeups online:
and
they both laying the points with Temple.
people are overlooking La Salle. They can WIN this game.
They scored 82 on Temple, the most points Temple has given up
to ANYONE all year. If La Salle can get enough stops, this could go
either way. You have to be impressed with the way LaSalle beat Bonaventure
in OT on the road.
Line opened at 10, is 9.5 or 9 if enough late money bets the favorite,
it could easily see 10 again.
I'm taking La Salle ML +425, +10 and teased up with others.
