East Carolina beat UCF both times in the regular season and UCF really struggled throughout the season in conference. I understand that it is really hard to beat a team 3 times in a season is tough. But logic says that ECU shouldn't be an underdog, but they are. If the public is on ECU and the line doesn't move or goes the opposite direction. UCF will be a play for me.
