Why is Oakland only -3.5?

Oakland took both match-ups this season, they are the superior team, I know this game is played in South Dakotas back yard, but Im not buying it.

I was expecting 6-7 point spread. Someone make some sense out of this for me?

I've seen it before, thinking it should be higher, and then the games are close. The odds makers know what they're doing, of course i don't. I got em' at -2.5
