Do we get lines on Conf Tourny matches?

I understand the quick turnaround, but there are hardly any games left that are not in the conf tourny from teams who played the night before.

Today I see a few missing (Mo St, Wich St, Morehead, Murray St) and these are some good matchups of teams I can dissect a little bit.

Doesn't make sense for them to offer lines if they're @ a disadvantage.
